Refund policy

We ensure the quality of all the products that we deliver hence return would be accepted only in case a  defective product. For this, you may send us a an unedited video of opening the package at the time of the receipt of the package. Any edited video or video with stops post the opening of the parcel would not be entertained. We would ensure 100% refund except the shipping charges and deduction made by the payment partner post receipt of the product. Also the product, once received by us should be in the same condition as in the video provided by you.  In case it is tampered with further, we would not be able to accept it and refund would not be possible on the same. The refund would be done within 15-25 days of receipt of the return.

The pictures are clicked under various different lighting conditions, colors may vary from the image slightly due to the screen brightness. Therefore any shade difference has to be accepted by the customer. Many of our products are handmade and therefore there would be variations and imperfections in the design and texture which is part of any artisans handwork. Therefore returns for the above two reasons would not be acceptable.
